Right, so my worry is that I won't get enough flattening seeing as my chesticles already flatten pretty well with a sports bra, BUT I definitely don't want to go too small and restrict breathing.
I haven't measure very recently, but know I am 34-36 in. underbust, and only like an A cup or less.

Advice?

I would measure yourself again and then pick which ever one is applicable, seems like L just from your underbust measurement.  Maybe I've got less of a tolerance than other people but it really bothers me when things are on the smaller side.

I'm assuming that these are "eBay" binders, in which case it's worth remembering that they're designed for asian people so the sizes are going to seem like they're going to be way too big for us.  It's just that asian people are generally smaller than westerners, so their sizes reflect that.
