I am new here and looking to find what natural herbs or food I can take to start growing breasts before I do hrt

At best you are waisting you money, at worst you could end up hurt or worst... sorry !

Herbs are expensive, not very effective and can have side effects.

Some people think that herbs are completely safe because they are "natural".  Poison Ivy, Deadly Nightshade and Hemlock are natural herbs.

HRT is dirt cheap, and quite effective.  HRT will, however, change your sex.

saw palmetto helps prepare you for breast growth. and milk thistle will prepare your liver. take those and im sure your transition will run smoothly.

Save your money and use it to get a therapist and start your path.

You want to waste money then spend it. They will not counter your current endocrine system.

Some herbs work, they just work slower and to a lesser degree.  Research and be careful.
