i was thinking about getting a wax... until ^this^

i tried that chemical hair removal stuff but its really easy to get chemical burns from it. i might just stick witj laser or electro.

A wax should be OK as long as it's done by someone who has some experience. Being on HRT means the hairs seem to come out a it easier too...

So true.  It seems to get easier each time.  It's like some of them want out as much as you want them out.  Some are completely painless to remove now.

One more wax for me, I go back to shaving them for 6 weeks and the remainder is getting laser.   Just signed up for another laser package today, and my laser nurse knows exactly what to do MTFs with stubborn places (and not overcharge).  It was so nice walking in today and being greeted with, "Hi, Jill!  So glad to see you again!"  I so can't wait to be bare.

Provided that the wax is not too hot then waxing is certainly bearable and the short term results are great - so smooth.  Hair does seem to become finer once you start hrt so I think it makes sense to use in combination with laser and galvanic

I've been thinking about doing this. But I don't know if I should until I start HRT. Do you think it wise to wait for that so hopefully I don't feel too much like a castus? I am pretty fuzy.

If you can wait then do it.  I couldn't stand body hair and removed it at every opportunity - before and after starting hrt

If you have dark body hair and light skin you might want to consider laser as it is ultimately permanent whereas waxing still has regrowth albeit slightly finer than previously. Being on HRT means the hair will come out a bit easier and depending on how extensive, coarse and thick your body hair is you may be in for a harrowing experience the first few waxes!! But it really feels great to be hair free.
