How's about dark chocolate, cheese and bacon croissants? Yes, now we're gettin' kinky

That sounds delicious.

Tried smoked Gouda on black bread or pumpernickel, with Black Forest ham, and a little spicy brown mustard.  Oh! and have a German rauchbier while you are at it.

*Drools*  I like making grilled gruyere sandwiches with split bratwurst, grilled onion and Lowensenf mustard on pumpernickel with Spaten Oktoberfest in the fall.

WHAT?!!!

*Assaults you with a frozen block of Velveeta*
I've had people do similar for my dislike of bacon, and especially my dislike of potatoes.

So, you are beaten with blocks of cheese on a regular basis?

Rather whipped with bacon and pelted by potatoes, respectively.

I am so walking to the cheesemonger shop for lunch tomorrow.  Only a 3 mile round trip!  Plus I can stop at Trader Joe's for DARK CHOCOLATE on the way.  >:-)

FWIW, cubed cheeses of differing varieties dipped in dark unsweetened chocolate is heaven. Better than Valentine candy mixes.

Cheese and chocolate should never be mixed. I can't do the sweet and salty mix.

If I want to mix chocolate and dairy, it's be anything but cheese. Milk, yoghurt, that's all fine. But not cheese.

Oh the unexpected things to look forward to.  I already do a lot of damage to cheese and it will be a while until HRT.  So I need to expect to eat even more cheese.

Blue cheese was love at first bite - many, many years ago.

A local place considers bacon an herb and adds it to everything.  Up to and including bacon chocolate cake and bacon cheesecake.  Cherry cheesecake sits better with me!

Cheese is low carb and delicious! What's not to like? It's pretty much the only way I get any form of calcium besides vitamins.
"There was a sculptor, and he found this stone, a special stone. He dragged it home and he worked on it for months, until he finally finished. When he was ready he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue. And the sculptor said he hadn't created anything, the statue was always there, he just cleared away the small peices." Rambo III
