Fishcakes (one tuna, one salmon) and salad (Iceberg Lettuce, quartered tomatoes, mixed peppers, thinly sliced red onion, mixed olives, bow pasta with spinach and pine kernels, sun-dried tomato pieces, small circular slices of mozzarella) garnished with balsamic vinegar and small pieces of cheddar with red jalapenos through it accompanied by half a dozen small hot sweet peppers on the side.
I refuse to live in fear! Come hell or high water I will not back down! I will live my life!
But you have no life.
Ha. Even that won't stop me.

I will protect even those I hate, so long as it is right.

You want to fill your arteries up?

Meh. Paleo revolution, baby! It's actually the gluten and carbs that scare me in that meal. :)

That said, I feel a little guilty for having oatmeal instead of bacon. At least I put a big dollup of grass-fed cow butter in it and a lot of cinnamon.

That sounds good and healthy, a little butter isn't bad for the bod! All the processed everything surly is though!

Coffee that I ground myself with a hand-grinder, made with an Aero Press. Then I added a TBLsp of grass-fed cow butter, 2 drops of D3, a tiny spoonful of stevia, and a pinch of salt, and blended it up. Yum! That's my breakfast most days.

Dalebert,
You're certainly not going to turn into Fat Albert on that, sounds like a good morning starter for a weight control program! I usually start my day with an apple and coffee. Used to be a cup of fat-free cottage cheese too, but I suspect too much dairy isn't all that good for adults and deleted that from the program and not surprisingly the gas problem has abated. TMI  ;D

I had to look up half of what all that was. I have never heard of someone having salt and butter in coffee.

My breakfast tomorrow is a pot of nettle tea, a banana and some poems.

You'd hope they were spicy wouldn't you but they are pretty mellow.
