Hi, I can't get my patches thru insurance due to exemption of TS treatment. So, with a prescription, of course, I went to the big chain pharmacy to have it filled. I paid by myself rather than ins. TWELVE DOLLARS A PATCH!  So i ordered only 4.However, at a large online pharmacy north of the US border, the patches have been costing $4.17  each. And they're name brand, not genetic. Only reason I even went to the store was because I was out of patches and waiting for my order.

Moral of this story: shop around. And use hormones under a doctor's care. And order on time!

Hugs, Kim

Aren't injectables cheaper? They still bypass the liver if that is your concern since you're taking patches. Injectables include Delestrogen, EV IM (Estradiol valerate, intramuscular). You could also purchase tablets (oral) and take them sublingually, that is also cheaper.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
