Bicalutamide (Casodex), an anti-androgen, will block androgen most effectively while maintaining sex drive (and spontaneous erections) since it does not cross the brain-blood barrier. On it, testosterone levels will rise but will not affect you. Estradiol will also rise. The result is increased feminization. To avoid menopausal symptoms, adding a small dose of estrogen should suffice without compromising your sex drive. Ask your doctor about this. Good luck! 🙂
