Hi,

This is a self-built package on trans op
Because I have a low budget , I tried to get the cheapest package containing the procedures that are most needed .

Forehead Bone Contouring with Upper Forehead PMMA shaping - Includes Hairline/Eyebrow if indicated for the patient.  +US $ 4,250.00
Fat Infiltration to the Temples - Includes fat harvesting only for this purpose.  +US $ 900.00
Rhinoplasty - Applies to patients who have not had Rhinoplasty before.  +US $ 2,800.00
Pre-Op Testing for Patients under 45 - Includes basic blood test.  +US $ 50.00

Post-Op Medications Package - First prescription filled upon hospital discharge.  +US $ 250.00

Accommodations:
7 night service package with meals for 1 patient  +US $ 910.00

Total: US $ 9,160.00

With the cheapest plain tickets from Romania to Mexic , being around 750-800 euro
Lets say 11,000  us dollars
Which would be within my budget now .
But do you think Dr Cardenas will be aggressive enough , I mean i want/need some hard work on my features ,i am not that cute looking ,  so i am wondering if to go with Dr Cardenas , as i can afford it right now , or is it another doctor that would 'cut deeper' , and maybe i should wait and try raise some more money  .

Hey will if you talk to him. When you do your consultation the day before just say," hey this is what  looking for, I want you to be aggressive as you can, this is pictures of what I'm trying to do".  He will say ok. Or say the look you want won't be very natural looking and then you two go from there coming up with what kind of sculpting you want. And his wife does the nose so she's normally always right on with those so no worries  on that end

I would advice  you take a look ate  facial team , they are based in brasil ans spain at the same time  and  they a a group of doctors specialized in facial feminization, i had  my ffs with them  and was 3 surgeons  at the same time working  on my face.  i had a full ffs  forehead, eyebrow lower hairsclap  nose , chin, jaw, and addam s pome .   total price with hospital medicines ... 19.500  € in spain . but i can say that is the best job ever , they are not afraid to go agressive !

Dr. Cardenas is who I'm looking into, too. I've done some reading and, to my understanding, he's very considerate of what it is you want. He isn't afraid of being aggressive or conservative, but you need to communicate with him. I have read very good things about him; he charges less than a lot of other FFS surgeons, but I think that's because he can afford to given the laws in his country -- I don't think it means he's any less talented. He has had a lot of experience and a fair amount of glowing reviews.
Why do I always write such incredibly long posts?

That's interesting. I've never heard of that techinque before. Do you know what the 'PPMA shaping' exactly is? Is it a solid implant placed on the bone or some injectable stuff? PMMA comes in both types.

It's a filler that, along with bone contouring, helps to feminize the forehead without going for the full Type III procedure.

Thanks Aubrey. Do you mean it's an injectable filler? I ask because PMMA comes in two forms, one as microscopic spheres floating in a solution so they can be injected to the soft tissues, like It's done with lips, cheeks or butts, and the other as solid shaped implants or prosthesis that are attached to the bone.
Anyway, if a person is a candidate for a full type 3 procedure, it means she needs a reduction of her forehead projection, so it doesn't sound like a very good idea to add even more volume there with PMMA in either form. While I understand the logic behind this approach, I don't think I would be happy with a result like this on my forehead.

I guess it depends on the thickness of one's brow bone too, because if the bone is thick enough it can be shaved on a higher degree and together with the PMAA shaping the forehead will become feminine . But if the bone is shallow , a type III procedure is required as it can't be shaved deep enough .
I didn't get a professional opinion on what procedure i need , so i might need a type III for my forehead , it costs about 650 dollars more .
