Once Daily or 24 hours?

Hi I just started taking hormones and im a bit confused. it says take once daily. does this mean if i take it at 12 ill need to take it at 12 the next day or can i take it at 8 after breakfast the next day? any help would be greatly apreciated :)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. But I personally can't see what difference that would make if you took them 20-28 hours or so apart. I've heard that most people take them before bedtime or so since more hormones are released while you sleep.

I've always taken them in the morning when I am doing my usual morning routine. I've never had any issues with that. The only time that I took anything at night was when I had my Spiro increased. I would take a pill around 10 pm, in addition to my usual morning regimen.

Every 20-24 hours should be alright. :)
