I got my letter for my first meeting with the people that deal with ''me's ''
and I didnt ring to say I could go , iv been of my meds since december
iv missed out on my session ,
iv not been the doctors since november - i think maybe a few weeks into december

Im ruining everything , the truth is iv lost my strength my mind , I hate myself , 

I understand getting down and losing strength and hope, but it will never get better without caring for your health. Please reschedule and be seen as soon as possible. I say this because I care and know we all need a little help now and then. Please help yourself now, call them.
