Haha...so I was definitely wonderinf with me being a ftm could I get pregnant? Im not on t, everything for me is natural. I live, think and breath as a guy. Ill be joining the army soon and me and my girlfriend pondered the idea last night she is a mtf...so I was wondering if any one on here who is a ftm had gotten pregnant. Oh I have pcos...which would make it a little bit harder also

Yes, an FTM can get pregnant. Identifying as a guy doesn't take away the fact you still have a vagina and ovaries, especially with you being pre-everything.


I've never thought of the idea of getting pregnant. It would be too dysphoric for me but if that's what you'd like to do, go ahead man.

With no "T" onboard it should be possible. If your girlfriend is on HRT maybe not by her though.

Yes, trans guys can and do get pregnant. There are a few guys around here (myself included) who have done it.

Many ftm have gotten pregnant, some even after starting t, pcos can make it less likely but still definitely possible.  Has you gf started hrt? They can decrease her sperm count quickly.

Yeah she has been on hrt for almost a year

If her dosage is high enough that she has gotten shrinkage in her penis/testis, she is probably sterile.

There was a couple who were trans man and trans woman, and they assumed that their combined HRT would make it impossible for them to have biological children. Low and behold, the man winds up pregnant. I think it's an exception rather than the rule because it can be very hard, even with a cis male partner and deliberately trying for a child, but it can happen.

The problem may be PCOS on being trans (since you are pre-everything). I think this is something you need to ask your doctor about. I have read that there is a high percentage of miscarriage so it is something you really need guidance on. Some people need hormones to get pregnant, these are not estrogens but might have some of the side effects that you might not like.
