So.. I started T on the 11th of this month and I have been feeling weird down in my junk area...
And I go into the shower today and it feels like it's hard...it's weird.. Kind of made me wonder if people noticed this happening to them so quick?
Awkward thing to ask but I don't really have anyone to ask about this stuff.. Uhm.. input would be appreciated. xD

I can remember way back in the younger days when things where full of T it made things grow on there own. I hated every time but again a male brain on T.

I know many transmen and yes that seems to be there same feelings on T. I also remember hearing them say something about furniture?.

I think that the changes to your "little guy" are some of the first that people notice.  A lot of guys, myself included, talk about noticing a huge jump in growth within the first 3 weeks even.  The sensations begin to change, too.  As for feelings of "hardness", well the clitoris experiences "erections" just like the penis - and when it grows larger, due to T, it will naturally feel harder and more noticeable when you have an erection.
