I am thinking of calling on Monday to set up an appointment with Dr Madeline Deutsch in San Francisco to be my primary care provider. (I have only had 2 Doctors visits other than my opthalmologist since my pediatrician years ago so its not like I'm switching PCPs just never had one)
I realize Dr Deutsch is a big supporter of LGBTQ healthcare and has done wonderful things for the community in Berkeley, SF and LA, but has anyone here had experience with her as a PCP and effective endocrinologist? I can't seem to find any genuine reviews online of her as a doctor written by patients, so I am a little nervous of setting up my first appointment.

I've heard nothing but positive reviews, so far as her in the endocrinologist capacity, and thinking you have the opportunity to have her as a PCP? Its a 1 in a 10 million opportunity, since who else would have the deep personal indepth knowledge of being a m2f transgender/transsexual person, than her, and a practicing M.D. to boot, treating the tg community? Wow.
