Who does the best jaw and chin work?

Here is a question which I'm hoping will evoke some opinions based on personal experience and/or general knowledge.

Here is my own bias: I am only looking at craniofacial surgeons, but I would be interested to hear an argument for a doctor like Dr. Z or S.
I've gotten quotes from Dr Z and Dr O, but I'm really leaning towards Dr. Di Maggio these days for FFS.  I know he has foreheads in the bag, and I like his noses, but I can't see conclusively that he works wonders on jaw contouring.  I've looked at the yahoo group and his site, and I've read up on the forum.
I wonder if Dr. O is the surgeon to beat when it comes to jaw work..... or if there is a surgeon in Europe performing consistently impressive and more aggressive work. Like Facial Team or Dr Bart van de Ven?

I want to firm up plans for FFS within a year or less and I want to get it right this time.
Love to hear from some of you girls,
Mindy

I really like the overall look of Dr Bart van de Ven; especially his sliding genioplasty. This seems like more a question of aesthetics though, and that would seem like something that only you could judge (after all it is your face you only have one!).

I would avoid people like Dr. Leis who seem to want everyone to get chin implants myself.
15 years on Susans, where has all the time gone?

I haven't seen Dr. Leis' work, but will check him out.  I always liked Dr VdV, and not to seem like I have money to burn, but in the back of my head, I thought that with such a reasonable price point, relatively speaking, there had to be some catch with his work.  I'm not attached to my aesthetics in the sense that I would be willing to leave it to the hands of the surgeon.
