Just wanted to let you guys know
So I did biology first, and was too scared to send them an email to let them know I'm trans and change my name (it's possible to change your 'roepnaam' aka: name you are called, which is not necessarily your legal name, in the school application), so I lived there all the time as a female, and came out to my study friends over there when I already quit. They were like "Wooow! Yeahh, you were really masculine anyway!", which really made me smile I always was afraid people would think I'm feminine (cause I like art/am creative and can also be quite sensitive/emotional/caring and talk a lot. Also did my mom say quite a few times I'm DEFINITELY different from boys in behaviour etc. :s), but so far NO ONE of all the people I came out to said I was 'not enough man', they actually reacted quite understanding, like "Ohh, so THAT is why you are so masculine! Yeah, totally makes sense!" *so happy*

So I decided to start next year off from the right foot! AKA: as a guy. I asked some people whether it would be smart first, just to be sure, but they were all like "go ahead man! Art acadamy is really an accepting place when it comes to 'odd' people. You can just be yourself!", so I sent the school an email, explaining, etc. and got one of the nicest mails back I could imagine
The guy who answered my email said they had previous experience with trans students, and it had never been a problem. Also that I could apply under my male name, and the teachers would call me it as well. He also brought me in touch with some former students who are FtM.
I was a bit nervous, but now I just feel so happy and relieved I just DID it! So far I braced myself for the worst with each coming out, but haven't had a SINGLE ->-bleeped-<-storm over me yet! Wow! :0
Finally I can start to stop pretending!

Gives me a lot of encouragement for coming out to my parents too! I'm going to do it this month, because only then things can start happening and get the ball rolling, and I'm going freaking crazy every time my mom treats me like her 'lil princess' :I

Dude that's awesome!! Grats on everything happening so far!  It's cool your friends have been so understanding.

I get told by my mother that I'm too feminine and so on as well, but everyone else tells me that I'm masculine and they often think I'm a dude with just man boobs (because I'm overweight), so... yeah, we all shouldn't listen to our parents when they say that we're feminine
