Just had my better half put on my first patch. Let e start flowing .what kind of mental and body changes you girls noticed first? I know everybody is different but is there certain effect on us girls ? Thanks for time ladies .aka sara

I was really sleepy for a week or so starting really soon after the patch.

yea, deep sleep

For me, it was a feeling of calm. I felt a lot less agitated.

No more random erections, that's about all I've noticed in the couple weeks I've been on HRT. I still feel pretty much the same otherwise.

Relief.  Deeply felt relief, and a great calm.

Congrats! I started with patches, too. Aside from the deep sense of relief to finally be *doing* this - the first thing I noticed was major breast tenderness and some slight but visible growth in the first week.

You all make it sound rather dull!  Sleep?

I'll soon be joining you all on the hormone journey, and I hope more than anything else it brings a sense of calm.  But sleep works too.  I love me some good sleep.

Yeah...I sleep like a baby...until I roll over onto my belly, or otherwise mash my poor tender chest. At about 5 weeks they started growing....and are growing FAST.

First changes though...calm...and a feeling that finally, everything was as it should be. I wasn't fighting with myself to be myself...I felt "correct". It's hard to explain.

Since then I have gained an amazing youthful energy, and a nearly perpetual happiness that borders on bliss.

I wish so much that I had never been cursed with the touch of testosterone.
