I was informed that I can not be answered to my question if I am self medication.
I am sorry that I am not in the situation to get a therapist or a doctor to help my MTF HRT successful. I am sorry that I do not live in a more developed country where HRT therapists and doctors are generally available. I am sorry that I have to work 7 days a week to make a living.

I feel like being discriminated by someone who I thought 'the only ones' that I can turn to in this world.

I am so sorry that I was born in wrong body and want to become a woman.... Just like all of you.

Maybe if you explain your situation we can help you find therapists. You said that you are both self medicating and drinking excessive alcohol. In that circumstance you could be with any therapist and they would refuse HRT as it is a major contraindication.

I stop drinking since I got adviced by someone's replying to my above topic. I am not alcohol addicted. I just don't have enough understanding. That's why I need Susan's.

Who said you are not qualified to be helped? What country are you in?

I understand the policy you need to respect. That's why I said I am sorry. But if every trans can talk to therapists, why we need a good website like Susan's.

We can't help because we don't have the medical experience needed. HRT can be lethal, we have women on the site who have had DVT from self medication, we are all different, you need an endocrinologist and full support.

If, as in your case, your liver may be compromised it is an even bigger risk.
