I don't even think I could sleep at all. I hope everything turns out well and you heal quickly. If you change your mind I happen to know another Jessica that would gladly take your place! ;D

The SRS is the easy part, you just fall asleep and the doctor does the hard work. Your work starts with your after care.

With that said i wish you all the best with your surgery, speed in healing and easy dilations.

Looking forward to having you in the Sisterhood.

Hugs

Thank  you  all  for your best wishes  sisters!.....  I am not looking .....actually I'M! haha  looking forward to the dilatation  process , i will have plenty of time not working for the next two months so i should do  fine (with time to dilate) i just don't want it to hurt I've known of people i knew who did their surgery in south america  came back here and dilating was so painful they stop i don't know why was painful  but their vagina  caved in

Is there any numbing cream i could use dilating? idk just a thought  also should I stock up with Surgilube now?   i don't know yet Meltzer's dilating scheduled but i guess I will soon find out

I'm so anxiously waiting at the same time wondering what it will feel like the day after the second day    will i be able to get up and walk    and how soon after .. etc etc   so many things going trough my head      but surprisingly I'm not nervous nor scared   just very hopeful! for a very good outcome and anxious to put all this behind me soon enough     ....Waited so long for this.

Yes there is a numbing gel (xylacaine gel and others) that you can get from your doctor. Me personaly i would not even think of using it till maybe months post. Knowing of changes due to pain is important in the early healing stage. But the use should be between you and your doctor(s) Key to dilations is be comfortable, relaxed and lube.
Yes I used a lot of lube. I wanted it to be as pleasent as it could be so i heavy lubed the dilator and also inside to start.

A big welcome to THE OTHER SIDE!!  It was about this time I was up and walking too.  Sliding over the side of the bed frame to get up and walk is an experience only another Postie can fully appreciate.  You know what it is now.  Initiation to the sisterhood is complete.

Hi Isabell! I know you didn't mean any harm, but many people could find that statement hurtful... so please remember that physicality does not define one's complete gender.

Mostly I just want to make sure our non-op and pre-op sisters are included in the "100% woman" category where we all belong! ;)

It's so nice to see that your surgery went well. I'm sure you feel great & are so relieved to have a more normal body. Good luck on your recovery & slowly adjusting to your new vagina as it heals. All the best GF.

I think you are way out of line on this . Sorry but it was ment as how hard she walked her path up to this point. And she deserves the fact that she has finish what she has walked. Last i looked this was in the sex ressigment surgery catagory.

I feel if you want to be the police then maybe this is not the job for you.

If you want to slap my hand do it in private and not in public. My 2 and a half cents worth
