Tracheal Shave, $4500 or less. Hairline advancement, $6-7K or less.  That's if you go with a notable surgeon, otherwise it may cost less than that. Look at Spiegel, but expect to pay.  It may be worth shopping around and considering a flight to other locations in the US, because you could save money and get better results.
