I have to get up in less than five hours.
I haven't done my homework yet (other things got in the way).
I have to take my son to school with me tomorrow. Maybe I should just skip again.
My feelings and past are both currently working together to cause me issues. Or some way of wording that so it makes sense.

My second visit to the hospital in just a few hours. I'm currently trying to wait to hear back from somebody with a car that can take me home and maybe for food too.
