Hi, of course I am new to the boards so I though I would introduce myself. I am ftm transgender and would like to go by the name Tyler(hence the username). I am out to my parents but they are in denial so I thought I could join this and be myself. I don't know what else to say.

Welcome I've not long joined and I've found this place great. Express yourself without fear/judgement etc. Amazing support network here and allows you to be yourself, especially if you don't have the privilege of doing that at home etc.

If you want. You maybe could tell us a bit about where you live, your interests etc.?

Well, I live in the midwest, nothing that exciting. I am a string bass player at my school orchestra. We are actually going to Georgia for a competition this weekend. I am very musicial. I love guitar, electic guitar, ukulele, and electric bass. My musical abilities make up for my sports abilties, of which I have none. I like video games, even though I don't own any. I play them at my library. I also am in an improv club at my school. I suck at it, but it is still fun. And there is a little about myself.

A big warm welcome to the family Tyler! We totally get you and accept you without judgment of any kind. I now you will be at home here and will have plenty of new friends very quickly. Feel free to rant, vent, share good news (we like that a LOT), learn or just have some distracting fun and meet the rest of the family. All of the information you get here is from REAL people at all different stages of transition. You will definitely find a spot to fit in and get to be yourself.
