Who would be the top 2 surgeons to likely give both? Even though grs is far down the line for me, I still think often about who I want operating on me.

I know every surgeon is different, etc etc. But in your opinion who is "best"?

I think all of the biggest names are "the best." I know, not all that helpful. (It also depends on what you mean by "function" - orgasmic capability or depth. The Thai surgeons are legendary for offering amazing depth, more than most of the others can manage, whereas pretty much all of the good surgeons will do their absolute best to spare the nerves and allow for orgasm.)

I went to Brassard; I got adequate but not excellent depth (5.5"), complete sensitivity and orgasmic capability, and looks good enough that a gynecologist and a bunch of ER doctors couldn't tell. That reflects my priorities - I'm in a lesbian relationship, so depth wasn't a big concern for me, but being fully sensate and as close to cis in appearance as possible, was.

I also am a Montreal girl.

It comes down to who you feel confortable with.

There is not rating system in place. As Jenna said any of the well know surgeons will go a good job. That is why they are know so well.

My expectations where as natural as my body could give. I am happy with my apperance, fully sensate with a solid depth of 5.5 inches.

I will never be Cisfemale, but i am a woman no less.

Future montreal girl for both reasons

From all my research, I chose Dr Brassard. I should be seeing him in about 8 weeks and am hoping to have both function and decent depth. From what I've heard I have a good chance at both. Fingers crossed!!!

If we are happy with our results, then our surgeon is the best, and I am in there too for Marci Bowers.  6+" consistent depth, sensitivity is great and at 14 months is getting better each month, and in ways no male would ever understand.  Up and out of surgery quickly.  My gynecologist thinks I am average average as far as looks go, and medical passibility is good as well.
