Mint as a natural T suspressor

I have been reading about natural T suppressors. Strangely, I found a lot of information on this topic on men's health websites. Apparently men should avoid certain foods and supplements that are natural T suppressors. At the top of the list is pretty much anything that has mint in it, as well as green tea. Specifically mentioned were peppermint tea and spearmint tea. I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with this.

The effects are minor compared to anti-androgens such as spiro, similarly herbal supplements for E are minor compared to the real thing. It is far more effective to see a therapist and get onto medically supervised HRT.

Be careful with mints.  My problem was with spearmint (standard mint is OK).  I planted some and used it for a year or so.  Once I stopped, it kept growing and is very invasive in the garden - its gone for miles! ;D ;D ::). I think it has moved into the neighbours place too!


Oh, the effects are minimal if anything at all compared to HRT.  You will have to pry my dead fingers from the packet of little blue pills!

As far as the teas go, I do fancy a cup of green with mint, but honestly, If you want to supress T, you should see an endocrinologist. I tried herbals decades ago, and the only reduction I got from it was one of disposable income, similarly, the only enhancement I got was was in debt load. I was on an herbal coctail* for almost two years, no body changes, not even a tingle. After filling the Rx I got from the endo my whole body responded after a few days. Like Cindy said: therapist, medically supervised HRT.
