I am just curious if this is a normal thing...

My nipples and breasts have changed a lot since I started HRT, but my nipples are always warm...Is this normal? I know that it is normal to feel them painfull and sensitive.... but warm?

You are forming new tissue, so you probably have some increased blood flow.

That would be useful - maybe you could even use them to do laser hair removal, lol. Then charge people for you to do it, and if they don't pay up you vaporize them.

Mine felt like that for a month or 3 I didnt pay much attention then I started lactating.

You should also get bumps or "buds" behind the nipples (but not necessarily  at the same time).

Well, I don't know as I haven't started HRT as yet, but it's something to look forward to for sure... (Smile) As a side note some of the humor here is absolutely hilarious...
