So I had this idea.
They have special medical implants for birth control for women, cows, horses... They slowly release hormones over years.
What if they combined hormone(T) therapy into testicular implants somehow? Generally in cis males the majority of sex hormones come from the testis... I wonder if and how that could work out if they devised testosterone implants.
Just a thought.
Or just a testosterone implant in general even, so the needle routine could stop.

They have something similar, it's T pellets and I guess they slow release over 4 months or something like that. Years would be much better though.

Oh cool. I wonder if it is something about the chemistry of the T itself that prevents a longer term thing.. hmm

In the UK we have Nebido injections which are really common. More common than sustanon (our version of a 1-2 week injection) which only needs injecting every 10-14 weeks. Seems like a lot, but it means you only need 5 injections per year.

Which also makes it much cheaper. My whole year's supply of Nebido costs me about £40 ($66) in NHS prescription charges.

But yeah, those testicular implants sound awesome, even if just from a psychological perspective. I'd totally get them if they were available.

Sometimes it's really easy to fool them into giving it to you for free ;) lol

I take my nebido once every 3 months. I dont know what your gender clinic's told you, but i've been told Nebido is still relatively new so there's no exact rule on how often it should be taken and the nurses that give it to me have to monitor my blood tests very closely to see how often it needs to be given... so i'm sort of like a guinea pig :-/

At least thats what they told me.
