the latter in your comment. They don't make high dosages in pill form as its not originally designed for hrt for mtf's, but for ciswomen to supplement their estrogen when needed such as post-menopause.

And Why haven't you asked your Doctor that question?  It seems rather straight forward.

Actually, you're better off with it spread out to a couple times a day, it can help keep your levels a bit more consistent that just taking it all at once.

you'll get used to it and if something comes up and you miss a dose, its not the end of the world, your head won't explode and you'll likely live to see another day in which you can try to take it as you should.

HRT is generally ramped up slowly.  3 month - check levels, check general health, check feminisation, adjust dosage.  If meds are well tolerated, then the ramp up is quicker.

It wouldn't surprise me if your endos will only change the dose of one med at any one time - if something goes wrong, then it'd be more obvious which change was the cause. 

If you hate taking pills, think about pellets once your dosage is stabilised.

I'm not worried about when the dose is going to be upped, I'm quite young so they are working pretty good:) I was just curious about how you take the stronger doses lol and I've nothing against pills I prefer them it's just Id rather take one than 2

I should have stuck to a basic answer, you take more pills as they limit the dose you get per tablet.  *lol*
They'll only make tablets that'll make a profit and that means for HRT the only ones manufactured would be the doses most likely needed for menopause/post menopause, and that's way less than what some need for transition.

There.  No dosages and I managed to get the explanation in succinctly.
