Hey Carrie,
You are making progress. My wife has declared that she is leaving many times over the last two years. She may yet do so, and I do not blame her for her feelings. I am not what she signed up for, not at all. Our relationship is has evolved into a not too dysfunctional friendship, but once her business is self sustaining, I expect she will move on. So it goes. The price of authenticity is sometimes painful, but the price of continuing the lies and denial is so much higher. Thank goodness for sympathetic counselors, and for the open ears here.
