I'm currently looking for "Ignore Topics" and not seeing it. Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Go to your profile, under modify profile, choose look and layout, then once there, go to the bottom and you will see show quick moderation as and set that to checkboxes and then once you go again to unread topics, you should see the boxes and the option to ignore any that you select.
