How do I get spiro? Do I just walk up to the girl in the pharmacy and say "I'd like 100mg Aldactone please"?

How do you gals buy?

Look, I do not have a sugar daddy, everything I have I worked hard for if I wanted a sugar daddy, I could probably get one because I am what? Sickening you could never have a sugar daddy because you are.not.that.type. of girl  I built myself from the ground up

You need a prescription.  From a doctor
Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

I went to a therapist for several months before I even asked about HRT, he then wrote me a letter recommending them.  After that I found a clinic in Atlanta that caters to the GLBT community.  I talked to the nurse practitioner, she gave me a prescription for low dosage medication.  She drew my blood to establish a base line.  Two months later I went back there and had more blood drawn and a new prescription for 6 months.
The total cost for me without insurance is $1300.  Just in the doc visits.  Counting my therapist its allready over 9k!!
I hope that helps.

If you want the spiro for the obvious reason of lowering testosterone all of the above applies.  Unless you can find a doctor who will do it on an informed consent basis.  And it does cost $$$

This is also a diuretic and a blood pressure medication.  If you have a medical condition that applies to one or the other of those (like me) then it is a bit easier.  You still need a doctor to write the prescription, but insurance should cover it - at least for "normal" medically required dosages.

Bottom line - you need to see a doctor.

you seem to be quite inexperienced about dysphoria and transitioning. My advice would to  go to a lgbt clinic and get some advice.

Actually I am. Ive known that I wasnt comfortable with my body and I wanted to match what was on my head to my body. Ive known that I was trans since 2011.

Its just the process of actually doing everything like finally getting on hormones. It still so alien to me  :-\

There is a lot of info to be had on the internet. There are some medical foundations established for the education of transgender people and doctors that can be found on the internet.
