I've had good luck with a therapist in the past; she gave me a lot of helpful advice, and really got me on the right track to better health. However, I am now in the market for a new one. I was wondering if people had any ides for what makes a good therapist, relating to transgender issues? Are there any warning signs to watch out for? Is there a particular type of therapy that's recommended for transgender folks?
Also, more generally, how easy is it to manage going to therapy while also holding down a full-time, 9-5 job?
