JoAnn reluctantly gave this to me so I can get some of my other documents changed.  I had to ask her for it a couple times and she finally (and slowly) pulled it out.  It was mailed at the end of January and it's nice to finally have it.

Now to get my new SS Card, fix my Health Insurance ID, and correct the name on my pension.  Not sure how I'm going to talk JoAnn into changing my name on her Health Insurance, and approve the change in our joint bank account.
