I am planning on getting my gender marker changed from F to M except I completely forgot about one important thing. I hope someone would be able to assist me with this:
Is there any way I will be able to change my naturalization certificate ? ( I wasn't born in the U.S.)
I heard that if I applied for any job they require this certificate to validate my US citizenship. I checked their site but I didn't see anything regarding gender change!  I don't know what to do now.
I certainly don't want to run into more problems like if the ID says M and the certificate says female...
I am male because I say so and nothing more.
I don't have to look or act like one therefore.

Just give the call center a ring. They will either send you information by mail or might even send via email.

I had the same issue for my Canada PR card and made a call being nothing was on any web sites.

I would say as long as you meet there requirements and most likely fill out forms and pay money it could be done.

So call the immigration help/call center.

Good luck and keep us up to date.

:embarrassed:Thanks for the response. I somehow got the courage to call (I avoid talking in general) At least the person gave me some information:
It costs $345... and I will have to fill the form that's called "N565" to apply for a replacement from the USCIS. I am not sure if I should wait to even change my ID now because it may cause problems..
