Huh... The 3 people that have posted so far that identify more as female also got INFP...

I wonder if there is a correlation?
Dude, do you even normal?

Four as of... now. I'm also INFP
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

I've done it a few times and always get _NT_. I get about 50/50 on the other two so which letter I get there just depends what mood I'm in when I do the test.
He says the best way out is always through.
And I agree to that, or in so far
As that I can see no way out but through

and don't you think it'll be quite interesting to turn this into a poll?

I don't know how to turn it into a poll.

Well, INFP tend to be more sensitive and creative people. I'm a man, but I also consistently get INFP on personality tests.

INFP men: John Lennon, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Edgar Allen Poe, William Shakespeare, Vincent Van Gogh, Johnny Depp, etc.

INFP women: J.K. Rowling, Bjork, Fiona Apple, Florence Welch, Virginia Woolf, Audrey Hepburn, Helen Keller, Princess Diana

It fits me because I'm a dreamer, which INFP is labeled. I'm a musician, artist, and a writer. A future, aspiring peace activist. Definitely proud to be one.  8)

I agree. I've always been told I'm a dreamer. But yeah, music, creativity, sensitivity, things like that all fall under my repertoire as well. I thought it was interesting the correlation, maybe a link between trans people and the way society sees sensitivity and empathy as feminine qualities. If someone who is born "male" desires to express a more sensitive soft side, which many male to femme people do, I can see how being female or feminine may have a connection with that part of our personality. Just thought it was interesting :)

Apparently we're the rarest.

ISFJ

Breakdown of preferences: Mind - Introverted (7%), Energy - Observant (8%), Nature - Feeling (13%), Tactics - Judging (7%), Identity - Assertive (41%).

Never heard of this stuff before, I guess I'll have to read into it to see what that means.

I'm somewhere in between an INTJ and INFJ. I test usually INFJ but I tend to try to contain my feelings though a logic filter. I can feel something but I try to ask myself what possible outcomes could happen from expressing my feelings to other people. If I hurt someone's feelings I would feel really bad, so I usually don't say much, but I am trying to get better about expressing myself because I know that there is a probability above 0 that no matter what I say I could potentially hurt someone's feelings without meaning to.

INTP over here. I love the MBTI. INTPs are the "absent-minded professor" type and that definitely fits me. It's a rare type in the general population but I've noticed it's a lot more common on internet forums. I think Introverts in general are over-represented online, but that makes sense.

You sound like you use Fe which means you'd be an INFJ. Feelers can be very logical and use their head, but in the case of Fe, extroverted feeling, the way the judge their environment is more related to people, that's all (in a nutshell). Just like thinkers can be quite emotional at times too. You're using Ni (introverted intuition) to sort out your environment and make sense of it.

That makes sense a couple times I tested INTJ so I was unsure. :)
