Has anyone seen weight gain to the hips and thighs while taking estrogen?  I want to gain some weight in those areas but not the upper body.

Pretty much anyone who switches from T to Estrogen is going to see redistribution of fat to the hips and thighs. Being on only T blockers can, to a noticeable degree, have the same affect, maybe because of the reduction of T/E ratio. Stated another way, anything that moves the metabolic system to being highly in favor of E over T, well, it just causes LOTs of Fat Redistribution!
If you torture the truth long enough, it'll confess to anything.
