Ell

week 2

felt irritable, angry, depressed, and out of sorts for most of the 2nd week on HRT.

on the positive side, my nipples were quite swollen and painful throughout most of the week. on my right nipple, the areola was also swollen all week.

continued to experience lack of male respect, and also noted some sly smiles from men, and some definite flirting.

worried all week that my breasts weren't growing fast enough, and kept touching my nipples at work, sometimes thinking, "hey, that one isn't swollen enough..."

decided to add some specific amino acids to my diet, which are said to help the body produce human growth hormone, which in turn, is said to work in conjunction with HRT to augment breast growth. the ones i've gotten ahold of so far are:

(daily dosages are shown because these are dietary supplements)

  • L-Arginine           28 mg
  • L-Tryptophan       6 mg
  • L-Glycine            55 mg
  • L-Tyrosine          13 mg
  • L-Phenylalanine   17 mg

went dancing on Sat. night and met a TG girl with large breasts. i'm guessing 42 DD. she said they have gotten so big that her Dr. has asked her to stop taking hormones. i was very impressed.

also added some extra fat to my diet, as i thought that might help breast growth, somewhat.

Males flirt already?

WOW

As for amino acids, I take L-Tyrosine. Its in that bust fuel stuff too interestingly enough.

Getting out is a good idea too in terms of the dancing thing.

I Continue to wish luck!

You're breasts will grow in time, sadly, not over night. And as your body adjusts to the hormones you'll probably feel a lot of emotions and go up and down a lot for a while. Maybe even cry at the silliest of things.

Good luck on your transition.

-gained 3 pounds, even though i have been on a starvation diet.
-more tired, less energy and stamina.

These two could be related to each other :)

Thanks!

Yeah, it's kind of strange, but enjoyable, because it makes me feel that the hormones are really working.

before estrogen, i got some really evil looks from men. now they often want to smile, maintain eye contact, and be friendly.

coming up on week two tomorrow myself, so i will just piggyback on to your report:

-experienced none of the euphoric feelings reported by some.
-experienced leg cramps, however.
-gained 3 pounds, even though i have been on a starvation diet.
-more tired, less energy and stamina.
-doesnt sweat like a male anymore.
-no more, er, morning wood.
-sleeping much better, dreams more vivid and memorable.
-somewhat bitchy and short-tempered.
-no real changes in reactions by those of any gender.
-no soreness of nipples, but it does appear they are changing color -- kind of two-tone now.
-little red "dots" appearing on torso, arms, legs.  wtf?

more reports as situation warrants  ;)

Hi Ashley Michelle,

thank you for the update. when i told my therapist that i wanted to see fast results, she told me i should think about switching to injections.

Injections all the time would creep me out. I actually don't really panic from needles anymore, but the memory of one time giving blood still remains as I walked out of the place and almost fainted and felt pretty nauseous. I dk...

I'm trying to imagine how the prescribed stuff feels when its supposed to be potent as hell compared to the Phytos I do.

I actually got some memorable dreams too. ;D One was supposed to be a nightmare, cause I was a girl and falling and falling down nothingness and screaming. But oddly enough I enjoyed it. Like skydiving. That was the first I think...
