I am sorry to bother again with my strange question..trying to analyze the nuances in my head
I always want of course to be with feminine cloths and other feminine features. As a routine habit, I enjoy to satisfy myself and when I'm done. I am calm for 30 minute, kind of, during which I don't have the huge desire "to be women".
My therapist says it's kind of body way to defend itself and release pressure and she says she thinks I am transsexual.
I am curious if any of you have the similar feelings and whether the above mentioned signs indicate cross dresser more than gender dysphoria
Thank you so much

Eveyone is different. I had read here some people express similar activity. I use to do similar activities when I was young and  into my 20's. I guess as time when on I just had very  bad dysphoria and satisfied myself twice a day  with just the mental  images and no need to dress.

Basically what Cynthia said. Though when I did it I used mental images of how it would be if I was born female and in a (sexual) relationship.

I believe that when we discover a way to stimulate the pleasure centres of the brain by electronic means, by the flick of a switch, at any moment, humanity is in real danger of becoming an extinct species.  I've had orgasms that satiated every sense, I'm not sure if I'd care if the world imploded in that very moment. So I can kind of understand the lack of dysphoria immediately post-orgasm. I think it can affect all desires, not just "to be a woman".

thank you so much
so I have a question to you and Cintya
(as there were days when i needed to be involved 5-10 times a day)
does it express "just" a cross dresser habits? (then no transition needed)
or
does it express an escape from gender dysphoria
and more important -now that you finally did the gender change -you find your self the same?

thx so much!!

I have been or HRT for 10 months but have not done GRS (gender reaffermation surgery) and I still have my gonads, small and I expect nonfunctional. The gonads will go away and GRS is on hold as long as I am married.

Pre-HRT I visioned myself with guys having sex and performing service. I pictured myself as female or a transitioning Trans*. Now I see myself as a female having sex and performing service to males.

Pre-hrt time was about 3 minutes and now 10 minutes.

I wouldn't decide whether you need to transition entirely off of your sexual habits. There are many other factors besides your parts that change with transition including but not limited to social status, finances, and your relationship with yourself.

Hi Asheriko,

I don't think it's weird at all.  I have had similar experiences.  Orgasms seem to completely turn the dysphoria off for a short period of time, but then as Nicolette said I don't really feel stressed about anything right after.   I think this might be because your body has released oxytocin, and this hormone decreases stress and promotes calmness.

Take care,
Paige

Crossdressing is also a part of the whole transgender spectrum. If you can satisfy (not sexual satisfaction) yourself by occasionally appearing as female and living as female then you might be a crossdresser (not feeling permanent that you are female).

I never saw myself as male (though I tried it) so the part of Crossdressing was just testing the waters out if my feelings were right or not.

Well the need to sexually stimulate myself has gone away because of the hrt (up until I started hrt I enjoyed doing it). I will undergo GRS no matter what. Prior to hrt I saw myself as female who wants a relationship with a guy and now on hrt I still see myself as female who wants a relationship with a guy. Though because I love a non-bottom-op ftm (he doesn't plan to under go GRS), who is in my eyes 300% male, my views on only sexual 'service' has expended (not changed as I didn't consider this option before, the rest stayed the same).
