I don't know if this thread will be allowed here because it is potentially explicit. If not, my apologies in advance, but I thought this would be helpful and insightful to guys in different stages who are wondering how things work and how -well- they work.

So without further adieu:

1.) Stage you're at in your transition (Non-Op, Pre-T, on T [for how many weeks/months/years?], post-op [which op?], or whatever other term you use to describe where you're at right now. Do you plan to move to another level?)

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

Share as much as want; feel free to leave out anything you're not comfortable with, of course.

On T for a year, pre-op.  I plan to get a phallo in the distant future(10+ years)

Quote2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

I do not use a prosthetic though I wouldn't be opposed to trying one if I had the money.  As for my penis, it has probably grown two and a half centimeters or so and when hard is about the length of the last joint of my index finger.  I have not had any surgery, but I would say that I have more sensation down there, probably because it's larger.

Quote3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I'm in a homosexual relationship and my boyfriend has no problem with my transition.  We treat my genitals as much like a penis as possible, within the realm of the reality(though obviously I have no penetrative capabilities.)

Quote4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

I do not pack because I find the harness I use to be horribly uncomfortable.  I'm considering modifying my underwear or purchasing packing underwear from peecock.

Quote5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I have a STP, but it's not in any way shaped like a penis so I can't use it comfortably in a public bathroom.  I will eventually get a more realistic STP and then I'll probably use it all the time.

Quote6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

I totally expected that people would stare at me whenever I went into a public restroom but no one has even looked at me.  My boyfriend said you don't make eye contact in the bathroom and he was right.  You look at the floor or whatever is not in the direction of someone else and get on with your business.

Two years, 3 months on T.  Post top-surgery.  Next stage is hysterectomy then metoidioplasty if financially do-able.

Quote from: CandyCaneTie on April 14, 2014, 06:49:55 PM2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. I use prosthetics.  At the moment, just a cheap crappy plastic Doc Johnson 7" realistic strap-on.  I've ordered the ReelMagik 6" prosthetic with flex-rod, so will be getting that in about October, I reckon.

Quote from: CandyCaneTie on April 14, 2014, 06:49:55 PM3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I have straight sex with my wife (no penetration/touching of my actual "downstairs" area other than my prosthetic).  I'm not satisfied with the current dick I have - hence getting the RM.  My partner isn't really fussed - but I don't think she likes the plastic feel of the cock.

Quote from: CandyCaneTie on April 14, 2014, 06:49:55 PM4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

Only if I'm wearing jeans.  I don't otherwise because I don't have a decent packer/harness that doesn't chafe.

Quote from: CandyCaneTie on April 14, 2014, 06:49:55 PM5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I got the She-Wee STP, but found it too damn difficult so I gave up.  Now I just sit.

Just a question guys.

Do you want this moved to the Sexuality area? Which is restricted to >18yrs? Or is this a topic that is important to young men as well?

I ask as I'm out of my depth with what is important to male members. (Ah no pun intended ::))

On testosteron for several years

Phalloplasty and yes very sensitive dick tactile feeling and erogenic feeling in the penis. Gain sensation with the phalloplasty (wich is normal with nerve hock up).

Quote
6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

Had complications with phalloplasty. That was hard (mentally). Tips? Please don't listen to random trans(men) who say you have less or none feeling in your fallus. That b*ll->-bleeped-<- and just a hoax. Thats my tip to you. I read for so many years these myths /hoax about phalloplasty and it is crap. I don't like reading stuff what other transmen saying. Funny thing is that all the transmen saying that you loose sensation are all men without a phalloplasy! A advise to all: check your sources before you bring it. It could damage not only people who are consider phalloplasy but it is a little bit a kick in the back of people who had phalloplasy. But i think people who saying that phalloplasty is a numb flesh of meat which doen't look realistic are just jalous. I don't know other reason why there is so much 'hoax' and myth story's on the net.

On the otherside: its is good that people are saying this (that phalloplasty is stupid) because then there are not many people who (do) dare to do the surgery and that means : more privecy for us phallo people. When more people hear about it the more it will be known to the big non trans people public i'am affraid that there will be my circus programe where they showing the scars. And then people who see my arm will know about me. So on the other side: just keep believing phalloplasy is a fake numb paece of meat between your legs. You will never achive orgasm anymore :D. The risk is that the media circus will expose our scars. Iam stealth!

But i tell you someting secret: you don't loss orgasm :) . And to tell the truth : it looks a lot like a cis penis. But be silence !

And good luck with your transition/ or what ever.

I personally don't mind it staying here.  Not sure that it would get a lot of attention in the Sexuality board.

So without further adieu:

1.) Stage you're at in your transition (Non-Op, Pre-T, on T [for how many weeks/months/years?], post-op [which op?]

On T 13 months.

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

Not much growth. I use a prosthetic and sometimes a packer when I can. I'm not really saying the name of the brand of prosthetic right now.

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I don't have a partner. I'm kind of questioning right now (not sure my sexuality, I was asexual before and not sure if I ID that way anymore.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)
I pack sometimes. I can't really pack that much as I have a problem with it against me.

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)
Can't work it very well.

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?
Nope.

T for almost a year, no op but if they make more advances I will decide then

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

Mine is about an inch long when erect. I've recently discovered the incredible 'joy' of oral so I have tons of sensation. I use a prosthetic during sex if that's what we want.

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I'm gay but since I'm no op I still have female anatomy and use it when I want. I only have one partner so it works out well. We go with whatever we want to experience at that time.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

Not yet, can't justify buying one since I'm following some hobbies that suck up a lot of funds

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I sit or use a 'female urinal' device at home. Eventually I will purchase an STP prosthetic

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

As I was typing all of this I noticed two robins 'getting it on.' I thought it was hilarious seeing as the topic is about sex.

Pre-opt everything, 9 weeks on T so far. Wanting both top and bottom someday in the future. Def phallo.

Quote2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)
My penis before T was super small. So small it was practically not there. I didn't do measurements but it def has grown a bit and is visually more noticeable than it was before.

Quote3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)
Pre T I had no sex drive. On T it's shot through the roof compared to before. I am a pansexual so gender holds no preference with me. I am married to my husband who is a cismale but we swing on very rare occasions as well. I would like my penis to be bigger for sure. My husband is not so sure about that part yet.

Quote4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)
I plan to pack in the near future with at least a combo stp. I desire to be able to stand and pee and it's part of the whole bottom dysphoria for me.

Quote5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)
Soon. I actually get depressed sometimes when I see my husband pee standing and the fact that I can't stresses me out a lot.

Quote6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?
Nothing too exciting to report form my end really. I'm only just beginning so I guess I'll see where I go in the next year+
I run a FtM blog where I pour my experiences out for others to read. Check it out!

Pre-transition- In the future, I plan on getting on T with top surgery and a phalloplasty done (provided I'm healthy enough to).

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

I have a Mr. Limpy but I don't use it regularly.  I'm not on T so I have no growth.  I have felt sensation in past (but it was rare).  I don't feel sensation now because I don't get aroused nowadays, but should I do, I may feel some sensation.

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I'm sexually abstinent right now, but when I do start to become sexually active, I will prefer to have straight sex.  I'm not satisfied with my dick.  I do not have a partner so either.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

I pack on occasion when I'm at home when my dyshoria is really bad, but I do not pack outside of my house since I am still living as a female.

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I will use an improvised STP from time to time at my house just to feel manly, but normally, I will sit.  I don't STP in public places because I'm still living as a female right now.

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

I really hope that I will be in a position one day physically and financially that I will be able to get a phalloplasty.  As of now, my preferred graft site is the leg, because I don't want a visible scar on my arm.  I hope I can get a phalloplasty by the time I'm 30.  I am curious to see what a semi-rigid rod implant for a phallo looks like because I don't want to have to worry about changing an inflatable prosthesis every so many years, but I will if I have to.  I just hope the durability can last up to 10 years at least in the future.

T for around 6 months, have future plans for surgery.

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

I use a peecock for packing and for sex. It's starting to show wear so I sometimes opt for a realistic dildo for play. I can feel sensation through it. I have ordered a ReelMagik prosthetic with bendy rod which I hope will replace my current options.

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

Both with preference for straight. I am a top so there is not much difference between the two. Being a perfectionist I won't be 100% satisfied with whatever substitute I have for a flesh penis. My partner tries to be supportive but I always think deep down prefers a flesh one. I also want to feel what it's like to have a honest-to-goodness BJ. My partner give them to my enlarged clit, but due to the sensitivity it's more pain than pleasure.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

Sometimes when it's convenient. with packing a harness of some kind must be worn to keep the packer in place, otherwise it is a nuisance. Due to that I don't pack as much as I'd like to - I am a very active person and have yet to find something that would keep the packer in place without being bulky/uncomfortable. As the RM is attached by adhesive, I think that might be the next best option.

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

Sporadically. With the Peecock one small error could mean a big mess everywhere, so sometimes I just can't be bothered :P

Thanks, Jay! I'm glad it has been informative so far.

I'm still not sure which route I will want to go eventually. Lots to consider.

A prosthetic is probably a good starting place though since I'm pre-everything but I want to get a good-quality one for both myself and my (future) partners. I have used a dildo with a guy before and he enjoyed it, but I couldn't feel much sensation at all, and it was boring. LOL So next time, I need to find one that provides me with the proper stimulation as well!

I am just under a year on Gel T. I plan to have top surgery next year.

I love my penis! I actually am 3 inches erect. I got very lucky or the males in my family have good genes lol

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)
I prefer straight sex. I enjoy missionary and or her riding me. I normally pump, and then slide a sleeve on over the container and she loves it.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?) I actually have not purchased a packer yet. But I do plan to.

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?) I just now started using the mens room and rarely use public restrooms as it is. I dont know how i feel about STP because I dont like germs. lol But well see.

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

Tip, shave your junk. It makes your penis look even better! lol But no seriously, its a ride and it will have its ups and downs. But its a great experience to live as you feel! Good luck!

Pre-T, might be starting start soon though. And I'm planning to have a hysto within a year. Not sure about any kind of bottom though, depends on how much I grow I guess.

No prosthetic, no surgery yet.

Quote3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I prefer straight rather than gay but haven't had any yet. I'll be much happier when my dick grows on T, and I know my GF and BF already like that idea.

Quote4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

No, It's uncomfortable and I usually wear loose shorts/pants anyway. I don't even like underwear so unless it's a special occasion, no.

I really want an STP, standing feels so much better, however, this early in my transition it's not exactly a priority.

I was born with more testosterone in my body, and had a surge of it at puberty, so when it comes to sex drive, it's through the roof but I don't fancy the idea of actual intercourse.

Pre-everything at the moment unfortunately.  I have my first appointment with the Gender Identity Clinic in June.

Quote
2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your dick. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

I'm not on T so no growth down there yet obviously.  Just the stuff I was born with, although I try to keep it out of my mind as much as possible.  There's no prosthetics out there that I'm happy with enough to spend that amount of money on (all circumcised).

Quote
3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

I'm straight.  When it's around (my girlfriend keeps it at hers as I don't have anywhere private enough in my life at the moment) I use a "strap-on".  It does the job although I wish it was more realistic, I was able to get more sensation from it and it wasn't such a faff to put on.  I think she's pretty happy with it though, and it's amazing to be able to do that even if I can't feel a great deal down there.  Other times we just do stuff without out it, and normally I'm fortunate enough that my libido keeps my dysphoria in check long enough.

Quote
4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

I haven't packed for quite a while for the same reasons before that I don't always have my hard dick, privacy.  I've been living in a female shared room since September and thus have no where safe enough to keep it when I'm not wearing it and it does funny things in the night, so would be a bit awkward to wake up with a massive bulge!  As I'm to be moving into a single room very soon I'm going to take it with me when I return to work next week and try to keep it hidden for the few days left until I'm out there.  My dysphoria's not really letting me not wear it these days, it was so good to finally be able to wear it.

Quote
5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I have an STP (although not realistic) that I got for a hiking trip, but didn't take it in the end as I couldn't manage not to pee on myself.  One day I'll try and get the hang of it but I'm not sure how I'd take it out and about without getting caught carrying it.

On T 5 months, plan to eventually have top surgery but not sure about bottom.

2.) Overview of your penis (Do you use a prosthetic? If so, what kind? If not, talk about your clit/dick/click/whatever you want to call it. How many centimeters or inches has it grown on T, meta, phallo, et cetera? Are you able to feel sensations?)

I haven't measured exactly, but if I were to guesstimate, I'd say I've probably had no more than 1cm of growth so far.

3.) Sex. (What kind of sex do you prefer/have? Straight, gay, both, et cetera. Are you satisfied with your dick? How does your partner feel about it?)

Most of the time, I "top" wearing a Tantus Feeldoe Stout, sometimes with an extender and/or vibrating bullet. But I also still "receive" penetration sometimes, and actually find that I like/crave it more now that I'm on T. I primarily sleep with women, but identify as pan and really want to see what it's like to sleep with a guy AS another guy.

As far as "satisfaction" goes, my partners seem pretty pleased with this setup, and while it's not perfect, it's good enough that I'm not giving any serious thought to investing in a >$500 prosthesis anytime soon.

4.) Packing. (Do you pack? Why or why not?)

Nope, I don't really think most people pay attention to any bulge or lack thereof. It's already enough of a hassle trying to keep my binders adjusted so that they aren't poking me in the kidneys, I don't need any more to fuss with.

5.) Peeing. (STP? Why or not?)

I don't use an STP yet, but I might consider it at some point. I'm afraid I'd leak, and it also kinda grosses me out that then you basically have a tube with leftover drops of urine in your pants, but I'd like to be able to stand.

6.) Any other stories, concerns, tips?

When it comes to prosthetics, a lot of the options out there fall into what's called the "uncanny valley" for me. Kinda like how cartoons are lovable but realistic 3D models can sometimes seem creepy, I'd rather have a prosthetic that looked vaguely representational but wasn't really trying to be seen as an actual penis.

Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.
