Business made it necessary to stay in a motel for a month. Some lunatics moved in next door and started partying, after several shots of loudmouth the music and commotion became unbearable. I pounded on the wall and yelled that I'm about to start sending some lead through the wall with my .44 magnum, it got real quiet.
A few days later a newlywed couple showed up, she in her wedding gown, he in his tux as he carried her across the threshold. All night long I could hear the headboard tapping against the wall, I smiled and fell asleep, there was something melodic about it.
LOL
Wow.
Well, I know what their problem is: They simply don't like Harsh Noise when I am playing/performing it in my living room. I can play it on the radio all day and they won't knock on the wall. However, the minute I fire up my oh so loud amplifier (25 watts with the volume on "2"

) They start to bang on the wall. So, from now on, I will just antagonize them even more while I jam on this stuff by basically, heckling them as I play. I don't care if they hate it or not. It's not like I am doing this late at night. I am always respectful in the sense that I never play anything loud after a certain point of time. But since they have a problem with Noise....sorry about their luck. They can call the cops, complain to the office, bang on the wall, even scream at me through the wall, whatever they want to do.
I....don't.....care.
Chances are, they are some schmucks that have moved in recently. I've seen a LOT of turnover in this place since I moved in here in the summer of 1998. Hell, the new neighbors that moved in directly across the hall from me blare their rap music all of the time. It doesn't bother me one bit. One of the guys actually asked me if they were too loud. I laughed, smiled and replied: 'Dude, you guys can play as loud as you want and whenever you want. You won't bother me at all." They have certainly taken advantage of that too.
At least they aren't like the neighbors that I had several years ago: Being awakened at 2 in the morning by drunken fistfights in the stairway, having furniture hurled at each other inside their apartment. Yeah...that was a crappy time.
