Staff are entitled to the same level of support you would give to anyone else. Just because they volunteer their time on the site doesn't take away their right to participate in the site as a member. I want everyone to remember that. Staff should never be made to feel that they cannot or should not participate in a thread.

The staff give us 100% so we should return that with interest

Hugs for all the staff, I know it can be frustrating at times and it may seem like nobody appreciates your work but rest assured some of us realize that a site like this does not run itself.

Like most support jobs nobody ever notices when you do your job well, it's only when there are problems that people come screaming.

I can't say enough good things about the staff here.  Not only are they all amazing and willing to listen but they help this site to remain open and welcoming to all of us.  Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This site runs so smoothly which is a testament to how great a job staff does. I would hope they are never made to feel they shouldn't participate in any threads. The staff here seem pretty great to me.

The threads only benefit from staff participation.  Their experience and insight are highly valued and much appreciated.  Keep on doing your stuff.  It helps make Susans such a powerful community.
