Binder suggestions for me?

I am completely new to the binding experience and am seriously considering purchasing my very first binder soon.

What would you guys suggest for a guy who is:

1.) Somewhere between 32B and 32C? I have been measured several times, but for some reason, seldom with the same result. One lady even said I was a 32D! But I think that is stretching it quite a bit.

2.) Regardless of what my actual size is, with a regular sports bra, I'm able to wear a button-down shirt and vest and look pretty darn flat-chested. Maybe not completely but close.

3.) I live in a state where it's warm and sunny nearly year-round, so I am looking for something light and manageable in the heat.

4.) I'd be willing to save up a decent amount for one that will be really good and will last, but of course, the less expensive the better.

5.) Finally, I sometimes have difficulty breathing (though it's been getting better) so nothing too restrictive.

Does my perfect binder exist? Or something close?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If you feel like sports bras get you pretty darn flat, you may like this style.  It may get you flat enough that you won't have to go the binder route (which is certainly more uncomfortable).

You might look into these: http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/
They are on the pricey side, but would work in your situation. I think the size range runs small.
There are a bunch of reviews on youtube if you put it in a search.

I'd also recommend looking into Loveboat. Their binders can be on the pricey side (the home company is in Taiwan so shipping can be much as well. I think the cost of my binder with shipping was $86.30) and their stuff can run a bit small, but I don't think it's anything too major. I'm a 2XL with their Air M pullover (42in. around last time I checked) and it's fantastic. If you aren't sure about your size, the support team can help you out. I was a bit worried I'd get the wrong size, but they reassured me of where I'd fall on the charts and were super helpful and nice.

The cool thing about their site is they have a checklist of their binders and what they offer so you can find one that works for you (if you're looking for a certain style (like zippers, velcro and pullovers) or function like ventilation and durability). My binder is really well ventilated, so sweat isn't a problem and I don't feel gross and sticky in the summer--but I don't feel overly cold in the winter.
