Hi guys, I'm thinking about maybe getting t anchor incision, because I want to keep sensation in my nipples as much as possible. Have any of you had experiences with t anchor/ Dr Alexander in Florida in particular? I'm from out of state and wondering how much it'll cost after having to stay in the area for a week etc, because I've heard ranges from $6000-$10,000 and am really unsure how to start going about this. I plan on getting surgery in about a year, after my classes end next spring. I am about to start t this week and I really want to start saving and planning for top surgery, but don't really know how to begin. Thanks everyone!!

From what I've read about it, the inverted T shape of the incision has nothing to do with the nipple sensation - but the fact that the nipple pedicle is retained and it's not a free graft.  I didn't have the inverted T, but had one nipple done with the pedicle preserved and I can't feel the nipple at all.  But that being said, this technique might use something altogether different - so I don't know.  Someone else may be of more use.  :)
