Hi guys,

I'm located in New York, planning on getting top surgery this summer and have consults with Dr Rockmore and Garramone. I'd love to get some more info (personal experiences, pics, etc.) from anyone who went to Rockmore...I would save so much $$ if I could have surgery done in Albany instead of FL because of travel expenses etc., but I'm hesitant to go to someone who's not as well known. I've never had any kind of surgery and I'm really nervous about it. Help me out??

I don't know of anyone recently who had surgery with him. Maybe look on tumblr, yahoo groups or trans bucket?

I went to someone local so isn't as well known as some and ended up with great results.

Maybe find a local support group and see if any of the guys locally have had surgery with the surgeon? That's what I did. Lots of guys don't post results online but will tell you about them and maybe show you in person.

Thanks! I saw some of his results on posts that were a couple of years old and they looked great - nothing on Transbucket etc.

Also look up youtube. You can't go wrong with Dr G but there are other good surgeons. If you have a smaller chest (A or small B), he will not do another procedure ever. (He knows how to do peri, but isn't doing it anymore.)

Brennen had surgery with Dr. Rockmore from what I remember. He put some stuff up on youtube I believe.

I had my surgery with him about a year and a half ago. My scarring is pretty minimal and I could not be happier with the overall shape of my chests. At certain angles, my scars really aren't even visible.
