Hi Girls


Any of you who undergo SRS with additional Groin Skin Graft with DR CHETT, can you please share all the aspects of your experience?

I was advised today by DR CHETT that I might need Groin Skin Graft as there is insufficient scrotal skin.

So, on consultation day we had a chat with Chet  it turned out that with my scrotum skin Chet said he would be able to create 4-4 1/2 inch canal, so he asked "do you want to have sex with men". And we finally got to the conclusion, like I asked him to go for max depth if my internal organs, veins other crap placement allows him to pass the 4 1/2 inch inch mark. Of course that as he said would require extra paid groin skin graft. I ended up with 7 inches when measured after packing removal, now it stretched to 7 1/2".

Cosmetic outcome, it might be a bit too soon to judge especially for scarring (had surgery 8 Mar 014) but imho looks very ok, most of the stitches are already gone and what could I say... I'm just happy not having "a nice pair of balls" any more

I don't know what more could I say about groin skin graft, it's just part of the whole procedure.

first of congratulations on having new bits down there and second wow u r a lucky girl to get 7 and half inches congrats again.

I am very self conscious of scars, always been. where exactly the graft taken, is the scar for graft seperate from the scars of labia majora or they lined up together?

did u have more mobility problems than other girls who did not need graft?

as far as I know stretching helps but you need to stretch it often and regularly.

I did not expect to be offered groin skin graft, well yes my scrotal skin shrank over 3 years of HRT, but still this suggestion for a healthy normal sex life with a male partner was a SHOCK for me, it still is

I hope I am just worrying for nothing as I usually do, will see and hear from others and eventually from me after the op

OMG that's what I'm terrified.  I'm seriously targeting 10 inch, average 8 and minimum 7 inch to the worst or it'd be an utter disaster as my 'business' would go bankrupt.  Men here have it effing big.

And 10 in is around 25,4 cm... AFAIK Suporn advertises 22,6 cm (8,8 in) as BEST of his results when considering depth only, ere Ya go (bottom of the page) -> http://www.supornclinic.com/restricted/SRS/srstechnique.aspx

I was personally hoping for 6-6,5 maybe 7... so I was very happy with 7.
You know if You put the goal almost 1,5 inch above what surgeons are achieving now days (probably with perfect conditions and enormous amount of room inside the "8,8 inch patient") What I'm trying to say hoping for 10 inches is like hum, asking for being very unhappy after the op even If You end up with very decent 6-8 in result (some clinics will give You 3 inches ).

I just have normal U or V shape scar (as said before I hope they will be invisible, I was asked to wait at least one year before starting laser treatment on those scars if they are still noticeable, for now they are just a bit reddish/pink coloured 0,5-1,5 mm wide lines) and Yes scar just runs down like hmm...

laying flat with legs spread wide it would be:

left leg, groin, scar/cut , labia majora ( ) labia majora, scar/cut , groin, right leg

I was able to move when I was transfered to hotel without big problems, I also don't remember any extraordinary discomfort, and with pain, hum my mind mostly "wiped out the tape" of my stay in Thailand, but I remember painkillers were my good companion during that "holidays".

Hi all
I had SRS with Dr Chet on April 2 and needed a skin graft from my groin because I was circumcised.

I think Veronique has explained things pretty well.  Only thing I can add is that at the initial consultation, Dr Chett said he wasn't certain I'd need the graft so he didn't charge me before hand.  When he came to see me the morning after the surgery, he explained I had needed it and I paid for it then (he's an ethical person!).

I was told that at surgery I had 7 inches, maybe more (things are a little hazy from that time...) but I now have  a bit over 6. I'm pretty sure I have been dilating correctly and assume this is just how I have healed.

I'm at around 4 weeks post op and all my scars are very visible.  Only time will tell how it will heal.  If they remain visible, well, that's a price I'm more than happy to pay.

Mine is one 1 month ahead and I'm panicking as hell too.  Chett even regressed my surgery date by 1 day and I had to cancel all tourist tourings I was gonna do 

what is good size scrotal Skin for surgery at Dr.Chettawut?

10" may not going to be physically possible, regardless of the amount of donor material available.. There's a hard limit on how deep you can go without causing other issues..

wow 7.5"?!?!?! that's great depth ! do you need special dilating stick ?? my dilating stick's length is only 7"

Are you turkish Arzu? I am afraid of same thing as well. Although my hrt is only 1.5 year, I am already small. I hope I wont be suggested the same thing and groin graft kinda scares me. I wish you good luck for surgery.

Wishing you all the best for your surgery  Arzu (Iranian name?). Based on the very large number of posts about Chett, it sounds like you are in excellent hands from evey point of view.

I had surgery with Chet in February, and also required the skin graft (which I wish I'd shelled out for in advance rather than scrambling to get it three days before surgery!). I started out with 7" depth, and have continued to maintain this depth into week 10 (I also started dilator #4 on day 63 with no issues). Sensation is also good, and I was relieved to finally have my first post-op orgasm last week.

My only real disappointment with the result is the total lack of labia minora. Chet claimed they were small but present and still within natural range, but my new gynecologist, who was otherwise fairly impressed with what she saw, says she doesn't see any trace of labia minora in there. Does anyone know if it's "natural" for some cis women to lack labia minora as well? (I'll personally be happy as long as I know my neovagina is within the range of normal tolerance for paleovaginæ...)

Yup many cis don't have labia minora too
