So I just went for my first blood test for my 3 months mark but my endo is not available for a week so I dont know how to read it because the paper is based on male levels thanks to my national ID

Testosterone - 0.3 ng/ml
free T - 1.45 pg/ml
Prolactin - 23 ng/ml
Estradiol (e2) -58.83 pg/ml

does everything seem alright or can you girls see a problem with this? I did the test 10 hours after medication. obviously I wont post my dosages but I am on sublingual E and cypro and I spread my dosages 4 times a day with 4 hour breaks due to my endos recommendation

What matters most is how you feel and feminization. If that's going fine, then you're on the right track. Sublingually, levels fluctuate so much that measuring your E2 levels is pretty useless and in any case, E2 alone cannot tell you if you will get optimal results, individuals vary, their sensitivity so that some may need more, some less.

Androcur not only suppresses T but also blocks it so even tests do not tell the whole picture. Some of the T measured is blocked, so is useless.

Androcur tends to substantially increase prolactin so watch out for that. If you start to lactate, advise your doctor immediately or if you feel constant pressure on your eyes. Also, it causes depression/anxiety in some so if you feel either, let your doctor know as well.

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
