Anyway, I just wanted to know an average time frame of how long before I'd have any form of showing cleavage ^_^

As my lesser-endowed doctor said, "Push-up bras work wonders!".  Many cis women never develop to the point of cleavage though.  I could make cleavage now with the right bra but I don't really want to feel like I'm binding.  (Winks at the FTMs!)

Yeah, as far as cleavage is concerned, my breasts were really *firm* for the first couple years, which meant they wanted to make "nipple silos" sticking straight out instead of letting me squash them into cleavage. :) I'd say it was at least 2 years before it didn't take some heavy-duty bras and a tight shirt on top to get good cleavage; even at a 38D I still couldn't usually manage it.

I'm pre-HRT and already have an A-cup.  Yay for gynecomastia!  They make me a little uncomfortable in public since I am not presenting as female yet, though.  :l
