So... Uh, hi! I am already out but haven't started Hormone therapy yet, I wonder how my face will look like with it and if I would need any procedre. I do have (kind) brow bossing, which annoys me. I think I need some fringe to keep it hidden. Also, my nose is noticeably quite large, so...

I realize my eyebrows look uneven, argh, I have always hated them. It's one of the first things I will work on when I start!

Anyways, here it is!

Thank you for reading! :)

You've got great lips and I feel lots of promise considering you are not on HRT yet. You also look very young.

We'll give you feedback, but a better lit picture would be a good idea so that part of your face is not hidden in shadow.

And because your face is so close to the camera, it's making your nose look larger than it probably is.

I personally think you've got a lot of potential, if that's the way you want to go.

Awww, thank you so much, so appreciated! :)

I'm kind of self-conscious about my nose, and its distance to my mouth. It is kind of a give-away, I don't even think that can be fixed with surgery, unfortunately. My eyebrows, ugggghhh. I need to trim them urgently.

Here is another picture with better light (though, it is still kinda close, sorryyy!)

Mkay. :)

I don't really know how to expect from hormone therapy... can anybody tell me how the face will change?  What can we expect from the therapy??  Do you think my nose-mouth distance may be a concern? Thank you!!

Also, what do you all recommend in terms of makeup for my face? I have no idea what is the structure of my face (oval, heart, square, etc etc)! thank youu :)

Hormone therapy is VERY variable in each invidual. In me it didnt change a ->-bleeped-<- on my face over 5 years even till now, while others are lucky. So don't count on that but if it works great, the main thing which will happen is your cheeks might bulge out, more fats and skin smooth and more feminine.

Your nose-mouth IS a MAJOR concern to what I view. If you can't afford surgery search for someone to inject you HYALURONIC ACID to LIFT up your upper lip and add more volume to your upper lips, it's thin. Furthermore tell them to also inject to your cheeks to bulge your cheeks more, it'd be more feminine. Later when you have money for an official lip lift surgery + cheeks implants too.

GIrl how can you remain with eye brows as such, they should be plucked and be thin.

3 MAJOR THINGS TO BE WORKED UPON WITH NO QUESTION

1.Nose
2.Lip lift
3.Brow Ridge

Concerning make up, your nose you need to do this:

And as your as you haven't got brow ridge surgery BANGLES is a must cos your ridge is too prominent for female standard.

I really don't think you'll need it. You've barely got any brow bossing whatsoever, an EXTREMELY feminine chin, big eyes, good cheeks. Only possible issue I see is the nose, but I don't think it will be a big enough one that you won't be able to pass.

If you want my opinion, you really shouldn't even be considering FFS until you've been on HRT for a while. Because HRT does a significant job of feminizing the face all on its own. Lots of girls who thought that they'd never pass because their faces were too masculine (myself included) ended up reaching the 1.5-year mark or so and suddenly everything started working out. And really you can't make any final assumptions about your eventual passability until around the 2-year mark or so. So unless you have a specific feature that REALLY keeps you from passing, like a very square jaw, a very heavy brow, or a really big masculine nose bridge, I wouldn't worry about it.

I mean, you can get it if you want to, it's just that if you wait, you might end up happy with yourself anyway and save yourself $25,000.

I agree with Carrie, I'd look to getting you nose done. And save save your money for a good hair removal salon. Plastic surgery won't completely reshape your face, it can sand off the rough edges or round out the features but it uses what you have as the foundation. If you send head shots to a plastic surgin and tell them what you want, they will help set your expectations with what is realistic and should be able to give you a price range. You should look for quality over quantity.

Also makeup works magic, go get your brows waxed and makeup professionally done and take picture of yourself to hang up by your mirror.  Then practice practice practice.

+ cheeks implants too.

On the contrary. She has a narrow, tapering jaw and chin and cheek implants would make her face look ridiculous, like a hamster.

Quoteeyebrows  they should be plucked and be thin.

Thin, (over)plucked eyebrows are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of fashion.
And for good reason. Thin, (overplucked) (too)high arched eyebrows make (especially) a MTF face look longer.
And as a bonus it makes anyones face look dumb, tacky and/or cheap too, especially when they're pencilled in.

Thank you girls for the feedback! :) I do agree that arched eyebrows are a bit old-fashioned and look weird on some faces, but mine are indeed too bushy. This is because I haven't started transition yet and I'm still try to convince my mom it is the right thing to do. Anyway, today I went to the market to buy some tweezers and I'm going to trim them and remove the stray hairs, but I will work on them gradually. :)

My nose and nose-mouth distance really concerns me, but my sister has them too and she is way pretty anyway, so maybe it won't affect as much I think it will, I don't know!

Also, Evolving Beauty, thank you for the makeup tip, I have seen that technique somewhere, it helps bringing the nose to a illusive smaller shape, and then you have to blend it. :) I am going to start practising foundation first. I never really liked makeup much, but foundation appeals to me a lot.

Carrie, Kova and Dahlia, thank you!!

I don't think everyone needs full FFS. From your photo I would suggest getting your nose done and brow bone. Other than that I think you are fine. You have a nice chin/jaw area from what I can see. Oh and some advice, start laser hair removal as soon as you can!
Got my surgery in my early 20's, now in my mid 20's living stealth
