What do you do to free the real and you, to stop repression?

I have grown more in the last two weeks here than I could have imagined.  And am out presenting andro in my new fluid comfort zone.  (I am an mtf preop though, physically all transwoman trust me)

I thought this topic could help all of us.

I want to be free, real, and authentic.  I want to live truth without masks.  This is what I am trying now:

I breath, I cry, I call a couple of new friends (wow that was outside the comfort zone for an islolator), and I breath some more.

My tension is in the finger tips, the feet, and especially the diaphragm, which is an emotion source in theater.  So there is suppression going on, unless I let go.  I let the energy flow from within and out the finger tips and the feet, and it relaxes me and empowers me. Sometimes its yoga, sometimes its meditation, incense and candles, sometimes full transition at home and at peace.  And lots of prayer.

What do you do to release the real you?

Morpheus: This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the red pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the little blue pills - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes

Sh'e took the little blue ones.
