Have only been on a half does of E/spiro pills for about 2 months and around the start of the second month I slowly started to get more and more tired as time went on. Nothing has really changed in my diet (aren't the best to begin with), or sleeping habits. Has this ever happened to anyone else before on a half or low does?

Yep, probably due to lower testosterone in your system. You should adjust and while you may not regain all the energy you used to have, you should adapt to it.

The lower testosterone does mean you will have less energy.  It will take a bit of getting used to.

Hang in there and keep doing things to stay active.

Working a strenuous, physical, job while on HRT can be pretty tough.  Read the threads here where girls on HRT have trouble opening jars, lifting things, riding their bikes like they used to.  You are going to have to decide how you want to cope.  Stronger HRT is only going to make the effect more intense.

This is literally the opposite of steroids in all ways.  Doing HRT you lose muscle mass.

Sorry about that, but it is the way it is.  Testosterone has its benefits - if you can handle its draw backs.

All I can say is hang in there and try to get used ot it.

I'm currently on a week off sick with exhaustion.  I lasted up to 7 months hrt working shifts as a police officer without any time off.

Last few days my body has been telling me: have a break!

You're going through puberty.  You're gonna get tired :)
"What do you fear, lady?" he asked.
"A cage," she said. "To stay behind bars until use and old age accept them, and all chance of doing great deeds is gone beyond recall or desire."

It was at about the two month mark that I started to show signs of fatigue as well. Like others have said, your body will adjust.

Be sure that you are taking enough E to compensate for the loss of androgen from Spiro. Not enough E (or sex hormones in general) will cause tiredness. Also, be sure to drink plenty of plain water, if thirsty and eat as salty as you want because Spiro will increase loss of salt and water. Stay away from high potassium stuff. Dehydration can bring on tiredness.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
