I cleaned out my closet and got rid of all my male clothing. I kept a few things that are unisex like a few sweatshirts and so forth. It felt so good. I tried on one of the overcoats I thought could be unisex. I looked in the mirror and I saw a woman wearing a mens coat :)

I'm going for a walk with a friend on Saturday, then maybe seeing Spiderman, and then seeing another friend on Sunday.
My friend's dad's surgery went well and he is going home soon.
I got another story idea.
I'm still in a really good mood.
As always, I love being me.

Those darn things have been itching all day and driving me crazier that what I am already.

I think I need one of LordKATs scratching posts to rub them against.

So long and thanks for all the fish

So much has been going wrong lately, that a little piece of good news is appreciated.  I got a text from a former co-worker letting me know that they are working on bringing me back.  There is a lot of bureaucracy making it hard, but it seems they are trying to get me hired again.  This news came at a point that i really need it because I'm just about to lose it with life.  Hope can sometimes go a long way and that makes me happy.

I finally got my blood work back from my doctor, and all checks out well. Now all I have to wait on is a couple more sessions with therapist to get a letter for E.  ;D

Purging out the old you can feel very emotionally and positionally liberating Sydney!  :eusa_clap:

My hair is getting longer and, aside from needing to exercise more, I'm on my way to looking like myself. Woohoo!
I love being me.

I wish I could pull off the long hair as well as you can. Mine is about a month into growing and I'm ever so not eagerly anticipating getting called ma'am. But I can't be arsed to get a haircut.

Fingers crossed!

My wife is picking up steaks on her way home from work.  This means I don't have to go out looking like a total pizzaface.

Thank you for the compliment. I started growing it long a year and a half ago. I was in my Gender Queer phase and hadn't truly accepted being MtF. I started loosing my hair and started using Finasteride in early September. Fortunately all of my crown has restored and my temples are starting to fill in. I still have to keep it parted in the middle to create a feminine hairline. The worse part was that in between state that lasts about 8 months. (My wife had cut her hair short last summer and is going through that now.)

Hair is a funny thing. With my long hair put up in the back (and especially with earrings) it can make my hair look even more feminine.

I actually can't pull it off that well yet. It's still short enough that it goes all poofy unless I do something with it and, even then, it starts curling in troublesome directions. It'll take awhile before it's long enough to hold itself down, but when it is, it will be pretty darn metal.

I'm so happy for Austria's victory in the Eurovision! Conchita Wurst really deserved it and I don't have to lose hope with Finland either, we gave Austria full 12 points! :D

I was also surprised to see Finland doing so well this year. 11th place is almost unheard of, we're usually in France's place.

I went to get gas for the car (in NJ it's unlawful to fill your own tank so they do it for you). The gas station attended told me Happy Mother's Day. Even though we don't have any children, I told him thank you.

I read articles on a local news website without letting the comments hurt me too much. That wasn't really happy but being able to deal is important.

Also my housecat made me happy. He is really pushy and clingy and it's hard to be judgy when he meows and paws me in the face for help every time my roommate comes downstairs.
everybody's house is haunted
