I have breast tissue (Noticeably large breasts for a person assigned male at birth without any estrogen) and I was wondering if this could POTENTIALLY make my breasts bigger once HRT has been started. Thoughts? Tips? Etc.? Thanks!

I don't know if it will make your final breast size greater - I think we get what we get, personally, just like cis girls - but it should give you a head start on growth. :) I was similar, and I had breast buds and visible growth within the first week, and was fitting into a 42D bra by the end of a year. I seem to recall hearing that cis girls in puberty generally spend a year or two with breast tissue ramping up to be ready to grow, and then it really takes off; the impression I get is that those of us with gynecomastia may have already accomplished that "prep phase."

If nothing else, it does suggest you're very sensitive to E, which is also a good thing!

If it's from being overweight then probably won't make that much difference  but if it is actual gland development it could. As usual, mileage may vary.

Hi!!

I started out as a 46B/C.  After loosing 102 lbs and over a year on HRT. I'm a 40DD or a 38F.

Hugs,

Jen
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

I'm not overweight! I have an "average" type body but my best friend has seen my topless and she was amazed at how far I've come for doing absolutely nothing... I'm not sure. I'm Tall and weigh 165-ish lbs and I don't "look overweight".
